Fire Innovations Loyalty Reward Points Program

• The loyalty rewards program (LRP) is an auto program that allows you earn a percentage of your order’s point value that can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases! 
• Retail, Preferred and affiliate members are able to participate in this program.
• Only products manufactured by Fire Innovations are eligible for this program, and points are awarded accordingly.  
• Sales tax and shipping are not included in calculation of the points.
• You will earn 1 Point for every dollar spent on Fire Innovations products.
• The point conversion is set $.10 per every reward point earned.
• Points can not be cashed in for currency.
• As you use the LRP program, the points you earn are stored in your account and can be used for later redemption. 
• The points never expire.
• Your points will show up in your account after your order is paid for.
• You cannot use points in advance - you will not earn points on the items you purchase until the order is paid for. 
• Any returns and substitutions made after points are used, may result in any refunded amount be adjusted to reflect the points discount. 
• The reward point’s process has been streamlined to make it super simple! When you are using the checkout process with a new order, you have an option to use any reward points available. You will be able to apply your points directly to your order! 
• There are no limits on LRP earned.
• Loyalty rewards orders are not intended for wholesale (distributor) sales.
• Loyalty points can only be earned on purchases done through the official Fire Innovations site (fireinnovations.com).
