A versatile all-leather (8oz) tool and axe holder compatible with most harnesses, designed to attach to any webbing up to 1.75 inches. Positioned below the belt, it allows the axe or tool to tilt for easier navigation of stairs and ladders. It features a Sam Browne button and fire-resistant velcro to secure the tool. Suitable for axes, Halligan tools, radios, and other equipment.
