Our promise to you

We promise to attempt a return on every item purchased on Fireinnovations.com. Please contact our offices at 866-347-3466, 8am-5pm Mon-Fri in order to obtain a Return Authorization.

Refund/Exchange policy

Unused items in new condition returned within 90 days will receive a refund or exchange. Items that show signs of use or damage may be denied a full refund or exchange credit. In some cases all bundled items must be returned with all components for a refund.

Exceptions

Returns and exchanges without purchase information may be limited, and/or refund amount may be reduced, additionally, other restrictions may apply.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment originally used for purchase except as specified below:

Credit Card Purchases: refund will be issued back to the original credit card account. 

Check Purchases: refund will be issued in the form of a check 10 days after original purchase.

Discounts and Promotions: refunded value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of any free gift or discount.

PayPal Purchases: refund will be issued back to the original Paypal account. 

Tax: the appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund.
